Kasterio is a horoscope newsletter. We collect as little as possible — really just your email, and only if you choose to give it.

This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. Before launch, have a professional review it and fill in your legal entity name and country of operation.

Who we are

Kasterio ("we", "us") publishes daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes and compatibility readings at kasterio.com. If you have any question about your data, email us at hello@kasterio.com.

What we collect

Your email address — only when you submit it through a subscribe form on the site.
A "reason" tag — whether you signed up for the daily horoscope or requested your full chart, so we know what to send you.
Basic technical data — like the pages you visit, handled by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for your name, birth details, payment information, or any sensitive data to subscribe.

How we use it

Your email is used for one purpose: to send you the horoscope content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we'll stop.

Who processes your data

We use trusted third parties to run the site:

Formspree — receives and delivers your subscribe form submission to us. See Formspree's own privacy policy for how they handle data.
Our email/newsletter provider — stores your address and sends the newsletter.
Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

We never sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies

Kasterio does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any storage used is limited to making the site function.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@kasterio.com and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we honour.

Children

Kasterio is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
